Why use Omni?

Omni is a great place to start your research. Use Omni if you want to:

  • Explore research topics
  • Find an exact book or article
  • Browse journal titles
  • Find specific formats (e.g. newspapers, ebooks)
  • Discover U of G’s local resources

Omni has a lot of our stuff, but not all of it. If you’re looking for more subject-specific information or a specific database, consider browsing our databases

If you need to search within articles and abstracts, a subject-specific database may be a better option.
