Write Online is an online academic writing guide that is designed to teach you how to plan and write academic papers including case study reports, lab reports, literature reviews, and reflective writing pieces. These guides were written by writing consultants at the University of Guelph, University of Waterloo, and Wilfrid Laurier University.

The Guide for Literature Review is organized into six sections:

  2. Planning and Researching Practical steps to plan and complete literature reviews.
  3. Parts of a Literature Review Strategies for writing each section of your literature review.
  4. Critical Writing Skills Techniques for incorporating your research and using academic writing conventions.

  6. Resources A list of resources used in this guide and additional aids for students.
